Born and raised in South Florida, Ashley completed her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Florida International University in Miami, FL. She also was a dedicated student athlete for nearly a decade, playing basketball up through her sophomore year in college. Being a disciple of Shri Yogi Hari since 2018 she immersed herself fully at the time into yoga training, teaching and self practice. Which eventually led her to Ayurveda, and having the absolute honor and opportunity of studying under Vasant Lad. In 2023 Ashley completed 4 years of education under Dr. Lad’s guidance, earning an Ayurvedic Doctorate degree from The Ayurvedic Institute. Which also included a Gurukula Program at The Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India – focusing on Panchakarma. In addition to continued yoga training and completing a massage therapy training program.

Her passions are journeying and adventuring through the outerworld, exploring and appreciating the beauty that is Mother Nature, especially from a curious and creative outlook. She also cherishes the inward journey, consisting of introspective practices such as self reflections, yoga, and meditation.

Supported by the teachings and guidance of Shri Yogi Hari with Sampoorna Yoga and Vasant Lad with Ayurveda. Ashley adapts and integrates her healing services and products to individual clients based on their particular goals and current state of health

This is a tribute of dedication and limitless service to my mother, whom passed away in 2018 from ovarian cancer. An experience that shifted my reality forever. Highlighting the much needed light of holistic healing practices in todays world and allowing me the opportunity to do so. Her name was Graciela, many called her Grace
